I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rest Ashored and I must say, my high expectations were completely exceeded. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts. the ironing facilities were top-notch, allowing me to quickly freshen up my clothes before heading out to explore the charming town. the heating was superb, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the washing machine was a lifesaver, as I was able to easily clean my clothes after long days of hiking along the coast. the kitchen was equipped with high-quality cookware and utensils, making it a delight to prepare meals and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the mornings. the local taxi number provided was convenient for when I wanted to venture further out for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants. Speaking of dining, the proximity to Aldeburgh Cafe and other eateries was a bonus, allowing me to indulge in delicious meals just a short walk away. My stay at Rest Ashored was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot wait to return in the future. It truly exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Aldeburgh.
